Advanced users: Install SezWho plugin for Blogger By Editing Blogger Template

Installation Steps:

• Ensure that
        i) Your Blogger profile is public and,
        ii) Your Blogger Blog Feeds (both Post and Comment feeds) are enabled.
  Without this, SezWho will not be able to index your data and give you credit for your contributions.
• Register your Blogger blog with SezWho here. ( You will receive an email containing a script that you will need to insert into your blog as explained below.)
• Sign into your Blogger and click on "View Blog"
  
  
  
• Click on "Customize".
  
  
  
• Click on "Add a Gadget".
  
  
  
• New window will open. Click on "HTML/Javascript".
  
  
  
• Open the mail that you received from SezWho. Copy the script from that mail.
  
  
  
• Paste the copied script into the 'Content' section of the 'Configure HTML/Javascript' window (and leave the 'Title' section blank). Make sure you click on "Save Changes" after pasting the script.
  
  
  
• Now click on "Save" on the main page.
  
  
  
  
  
  Now click on "View Blog" to return to your blog.
  
  
  

 

 

After the installation is complete, access a post that has comments and and make sure that the SezWho ratings & score bar, author picture and 'Check me out!' link are showing as in this screenshot.

• Goto the "Edit HTML" section.
• Edit the template to add the script from your email to the template and save. Ensure to include the script towards the top of the template as show in the screen shot.
  
  
  

 

 

After the configuration is complete, access a post that has comments and and make sure that the SezWho ratings & score bar, author picture and 'Check me out!' link are showing as in this screenshot.
